Small white sage smudge bundles

The White Sage bundle measures 4 in in length. The size and shape will vary slightly. The string used to bind the leaves comes in assorted colors. Light the sage bundle and then blow out the flame like you would an incense stick. You can use a smudging feather or prayer feather to spread the smoke all around yourself or your home. 

Smudging is probably best known as a Native American ritual, although smudging has been used since ancient times by many people as a means of purification. It is used in many spiritual and religious rituals.  White Sage is well known to cleanse and remove negative energies from a person or area.  It is used in many Earth based spiritual pagan paths including Wicca, Shamanism and other spiritual practices.
