Magickal uses for Lavender include love, protection, healing, sleep, purification and peace.  Lavender promotes healing from depression.  It is great in sleep pillows and bath spells.  Lavender is believed to preserve chastity when mixed with rosemary.  You can burn the flowers to induce sleep and rest, then scatter the ashes around the home to bring peace and harmony.
